REGISTRATION  POLICIES
APT is accepting only online registrations. Registration fees increase on August 7 and again on September 7. Register early to take advantage of the discounted rates.

To qualify for the early registration rate, online registration must be completed by midnight, August 6, 2010. To qualify for the standard registration rate, online registration must be completed by midnight, September 6. The late fee will apply on September 7.

The APT Partner rate is extended to Conference contributors (speakers, session chairs, sponsors, APT board members, etc.). A registrant code is required to access that rate and will be given to the appropriate parties.

APT memberships are individual. If you are not an APT member, please pay the non-member rate. APT Corporate and Patron members may use the member rate to register employees affiliated with their memberships. The nonmember rate includes membership in APT through June 2011.
 

Cancellation Policy 

All notices of cancellations must be received via email at registrar@apti.org. Administrative fees will be charged as follows:

If you cancel... APT will refund...
through September 6 all but $25
September 7 - 20 all but $100
after September 20 only $100

LANGUAGE
The conference will be in English. Keynote sessions, paper presentations and the APT Annual General Meeting will be simultaneously interpreted English<>Spanish. Workshops, the symposium and field sessions will be presented in English.

PROFESSIONAL TRAVEL GRANTS
The Getty Foundation is funding professional travel support for Conference attendees from Latin American and the Caribbean. An application must be submitted with your Conference registration by July 15, 2010. Additional details are available here. En español.

Workshop Registration Fees, October 6–7
All fees include continental breakfast and lunch both days and the Workshop reception Wednesday afternoon.

Fee includes continental breakfast and lunch.

Field Session Registration Fees
Register early; space is limited. All fees include lunch and transportation where required.
