The Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel is the host hotel and most activities, other than evening social events, will be held there. You are responsible for making your own reservation with the hotel.

Rates
A reduced rate of $179*USD is available to conference attendees for October 4–13, 2010. Mention that you are attending the APT Conference to receive the reduced rate of $179USD. The hotel cutoff date is September 13, 2010, based on availability. If the block fills before September 13, rooms may not be available at the discounted conference rate.
*In addition to the room rate, the hotel charges a total of 14.85% taxes. Total room cost for one person for one night is $205.58USD.
Parking
Self-parking at the Sheraton is $23 per night.
Air
Denver International Airport (DEN) is easily accessible to downtown Denver and is about 35 minutes from the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, depending on traffic.
From the airport
Taxi
Taxi fare from Denver International Airport to the Sheraton is $45 and takes about 35 minutes depending on traffic.
Public Transportation
An RTD bus to the Civic Center Station downtown takes less than an hour; the hotel is one block away from the station. RTD is by far the least expensive alternative and is clean. They have in information booth in the Jeppesen Terminal at the airport.
Shuttle
SuperShuttle is one of the many modes of transportation between the airport and the Sheraton. It is convenient and economical, especially with the discounted Conference rate. The trip is about 40 minutes, depending on traffic.
Book your round-trip transportation at online for a discounted rate of $19 each way/$32 roundtrip for a shared ride. (A fuel surcharge can be assessed if needed. The website discount is valid for roundtrip reservations made on the website, prepaid by credit card.)
To receive the APT discount:
- Make your reservation online or by calling 1-800-BLUEVAN (258-3826), give the code VXPNN to the call taker.
- Provide the requested information; choose the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel when selecting the destination hotel.
- Provide a credit card for payment.
- Print your confirmation page (or you can e-mail it to yourself).
Upon arrival at the Denver airport:
- Take the train from the concourse to the terminal; take the escalator to Baggage Claim (Level 5).
- Pick up your luggage and report to the SuperShuttle Denver counter at Denver International Airport. Counter staff will issue tickets and give directions to the van loading area.
- SuperShuttle will make stops at other downtown hotels only if there are guests going to those properties. However, the hotels are located near each other and the additional time is minimal.
Upon return to the Denver airport:
- Meet your van at the Sheraton hotel entrance at the pre-arranged time.
- SuperShuttle goes directly from the Sheraton to the airport.

Around Downtown
Once you are in downtown Denver, you will not need (or probably even want) a car; everything you would need is within walking distance of the hotel or the free downtown circulation shuttle (which stops outside the hotel). The APT off-site events are all easily accessible from the hotel without a car.
